Photo Storage and Retention

Your photos are securely stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 cloud storage. We retain photos for 90 days after the event date. After this period, photos are automatically deleted.

If you would like your photos deleted sooner, you may contact us at support@memoriesmadecustom.com and we will process your request promptly.

We use the following third-party services to operate Memories Made Custom. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data:
